Banana rolled oats cookies are not only healthy but also nutritious as well as delicious too. Food is the main substances consumed to provide nutritional support to the body. It is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals.  There are many different delicious foods are there in the whole world, some foods are very delicious but not good as per health wise. So we have to be very conscious while having the food it should not affect our health.



As we love to eat different kind of food we will always prefer to have outside food such as restaurants, hotels, and dhabas. Due to some roadside or junk foods it causes stomach infections or stomach cramps kind of problems which affects our health and lasts for two weeks. So, it’s better to avoid such kind of foods.

HOW TO MAKE BANANA ROLLED OATS COOKIES:
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
2cups rolled oats
1cup dates, pitted and chopped
1tsp vanilla Extract

Procedure to make banana rolled oats cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees c).
In a large bowl, mash the banana, stir in oats dates and vanilla. Mix the ingredients well and allow it to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonful’s onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown.

If you don’t have oven then you can avoid banana if you are storing it for some days otherwise you can less the quantity of banana while making the cookies.
