Follow the below given process of making smoothies regularly to reduce your weight quickly.

1.       Banana and Strawberry smoothie:
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened milk or Low fat milk
½ cup of frozen strawberries
Half Banana
¼ cup Greek Yogurt
1Tbsp Honey

Directions:
       In a blender add all the ingredients given above and blend it to get the perfect smoothie texture.

2.       Apple and cinnamon Smoothie:
Ingredients:
 1 Red Apple
¼ cup Low fat Milk
¼ Cup Greek Yogurt
½ tbsp. of Cinnamon Powder
Ice cubes

Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together for perfect smoothie consistency.


3.       Oats and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 Banana
½ cup Rolled Oats or plain oats
1 cup Low fat milk
½ tbsp. of Cinnamon
½ Cup Greek Yogurt

Directions:
In a blender add all the above ingredients and blend it well.


4.       Peach and Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Peach
½ Low fat Yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
¼ tbsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together for perfect smoothie consistency.


5.       Watermelon and Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 Cups cubed watermelon
1Cup frozen Strawberries
½ Cup Greek Yogurt or low fat
3Tbsp. of Oatmeal

Directions:
Add Watermelon, strawberries, yogurt and Oatmeal in a blender then blend it well to make smoothie.


6.       Grapes and Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup of Frozen Black Grapes without seeds
1 cup of Frozen Blueberries without seeds
½ cup Yogurt – Low fat
½ tbsp. Cinnamon

Directions:

Add Black grapes, blueberries without seeds add yogurt, cinnamon to the mixer and blend it together for a healthy smoothie.

BOIL 2 GLASSES WATER WITH A BUNCH OF MINT LEAVES AKA PUDINA LEAVES WHEN WATER STARTS BOILING ADD 1TBSP OF CUMIN SEEDS AND 1TBSP OF GREEN TEA POWEDER AND A SMALL PIECE OF PEELED GINGER  LET IT BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES THEN TURN OF THE FLAME.
