Today I’m going to share you 24 Anti-Cancer fighting foods which reduce the chances of Cancer. Unfortunately, not all the diseases can be cured, but many of them can be controlled, and believe it or not, cancer is one of them. There are hundreds of cancer types and this disease kills approximately 8.6 millions of people annually. Among them 70% of women’s are expired due to this diseases, earlier there was no treatment for the cancer but now, many technologies came into existence and many people got cured from it but some of them are still fighting with cancer.

As I said many types are there in cancer, mostly people are fighting with Blood cancer, breast cancer and embryonic cancer. Breast cancer: It usually starts off in the inner lining of milk ducts or the lobules that supply them with milk. A malignant tumor can spread to other parts of the body. Abreast cancer that started off in the lobules is known as lobular carcinoma, while one that developed from the ducts is called ductal carcinoma. Most breast cancer occur in women who are over the age of 50 but now even 20 age women’s are also suffering from this diseases this is may be due to genetic or due to Diet problem. Diagnosing breast cancer in younger women (under 40 years old) is more difficult because their breast tissue is generally denser than the breast tissue in older women. By the time a lump in a younger woman's breast can be felt, the cancer often is advanced.



 Ovarian cancer: Ovarian cancer is a type of cancer that forms in ovaries. Cancer develops when genes     that   control cell growth mutate and start growing abnormally. Eventually, those cells begin to multiply at a rapid rate and form a tumor. If it’s not treated early, cancer can spread to other parts of your body. Ovarian cancer can spread outside of your ovaries to the rest of your reproductive organs and beyond. The average    woman’s lifetime risk of developing ovarian cancer is under 2 percent. The exact cause of the mutations that lead to ovarian cancer is unknown. Certain factors affect your risk of developing it, including genetics, Personal Medical History, Reproductive history, age, diet, Body size.
