Today I’m going to share a remedy, how to cure
crack heels and varicose veins. Always you can adopt home remedies for each and
every problem, in the same way you can smoothen your crack heels.
First of all, you should know what causes cracked
heels not only winter but the other season too. The two biggest factors for
cracked heels are obesity and diabetics. Diabetics are likely to experience
cracked heels due to damage of nerves in the feet from uncontrolled blood sugar
can cause dry skin. Crack heels can also
cause lot of pain, especially when the cracks are deep and bleeding or excess
weight on the feet may cause extra pain; due to this there is chance of effecting
fungus due to dirt which gives you additional pain. So, it’s better to cure it
before the cracks become deeper.
Callous is also called as callus which is a
thickened and hardened part of the skin on your feet especially in the area
that has been subjected to friction. Callus skin on the feet is normally the
result of accumulation of dead skin. This toughened area of skin which has become
relatively thick and hard in response to repeated friction, pressure or the
irritation, rubbing it too frequently or forcefully will cause blisters. Calluses are generally not harmful, but may
sometimes lead to other problems, such as skin
ulceration and skin infection. To avoid the dead skin one should moisturize their
foot regularly, it is not required to buy some costly products or creams to
cure it even you can use the kitchen items which helps you to protect your skin.
Apply pure Organic Olive oil or Coconut oil daily before going to bed whole
night it repairs and moisturizes your skin which gives you smooth skin.
Varicose Veins are twisted, enlarged veins near the surface of the skin. They
are most common in the legs and ankles. They usually aren't serious, but they
can sometimes lead to other problems. Varicose veins are caused by weakened valves and veins in your legs. They are
generally blue or dark purple in color. The term varicose veins commonly refer
to veins on legs, although varicose veins can occur anywhere else. It causes
pain in the leg, tenderness, heaviness and inability to walk or stand for long
hours. Varicose veins are more common in women than in men, and are linked with
heredity or other related factors like pregnancy, obesity or ageing.
The following recipe is just what you need to
cure cracked heels, callous and varicose veins. It comprises only 2 easily
available ingredients:
10 aspirin tablets (300mg), and 250ml Brandy
or 70% rubbing alcohol
Directions:
Start by crushing the aspirins and
make powder. Mix the powder with 250ml brandy (or 70% rubbing alcohol). Leave
the mixture for 2-3 days .
Apply it before going to bed, what
you do is shake the mixture first as the aspirin powder may sink at the bottom
then soak some clean gauze in it. Apply the wet gauze on your heels or the
entire foot, if it’s affected. Next, put some wrapping foil over the gauze then
wear a pair of socks on top. Let it act overnight. In the morning, wash your
foot with warm water, clean with a towel-dry and apply some nourishing skin
cream or glycerin.
You will need approximately 10 to 15
treatments to improve the condition of your feet. To keep the skin on your feet
free of calluses and corns, regularly use a brush or a pumice stone. And don’t
forget to apply some nourishing foot cream afterwards.
Note: Apply it regularly before going
to bed to cure varicose veins.
