Directions:
In a blender add all the above ingredients and blend it well.


4.       Peach and Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Peach
½ Low fat Yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
¼ tbsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together for perfect smoothie consistency.


5.       Watermelon and Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 Cups cubed watermelon
1Cup frozen Strawberries
½ Cup Greek Yogurt or low fat
3Tbsp. of Oatmeal

Directions:
Add Watermelon, strawberries, yogurt and Oatmeal in a blender then blend it well to make smoothie.

Today I’m going to share my own skin whitening or skin lightening tips, personally I’m using for my face regularly and it helps a lot to get lightening and whitening skin permanently with natural ingredients from kitchen.

Now days there are many products available in the market to lighten or whiten the skin but we should be very careful while we are going to buy it as these products are costly and even harmful to our skin. Personally I have tried a lot of products not to whiten or brighten the skin but to get rid of pigmentation, dark spots and pimples  but in result I have suffered more with pigmentation and pimples. So I started using the homemade tips which are very famous from ancient days.

Here are the homemade skin lightens, brighten or whiten tips permanently.

      1. Only 2 Ingredients are required to make this paste:

Turmeric
 Olive oil


Take a 2tbsp of turmeric not the ordinary turmeric which we use for cooking purpose, take the organic one and add 3tbsp of Organic olive oil, mix both together for perfect consistency.
Apply on your face every night before you go to bed. Wash it off in the morning with cold water.

1.       Only 3 Ingredients required to make this paste

       Milk
       Aloe Vera gel
       Turmeric powder


 Take 4tbsp of Milk, add 1tbsp of aloe Vera gel or you can add fresh aloe Vera juice if the plant is available at your home its more beneficial than the juice add 2tbsp of turmeric powder in it. Mix 3 of the ingredients together.

Apply on your face every night before you go to bed. Wash it off in the morning with cold water.

Fresh Aloe Vera juice or gel

All the 3 tips are very useful to whiten, lighten or brighten your face or body, I personally experienced this methods and it worked very well for me.

Benefits of Milk: Milk consists of lactic acid which helps to reduce pigmentation; it makes your skin dry if your skin is oily. If you have a dry skin you can mix honey into it which moisturizes your face and won’t make dry. It can heal acne and sunburns.

Note: You can even apply only raw milk also on your face to whiten or brighten your skin.

Benefits of Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera contains two hormones Auxin and gibberellins these 2 helps to get rid of all kind of skin infections and it heals wounds.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees c).
In a large bowl, mash the banana, stir in oats dates and vanilla. Mix the ingredients well and allow it to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonful’s onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown.

If you don’t have oven then you can avoid banana if you are storing it for some days otherwise you can less the quantity of banana while making the cookies.
